Shipping

Orders ship within 14 business days after the order is placed. All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order has shipped you will receive a email notification with tracking. 

 

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to USPS. 

 

 

 Exchange Policy 


You have 14 days to return an item purchased online back to us for a store credit. Returns are given store credit only. Shipping cost are not refunded or given as store credit.  

Due to the speed in which sizes/styles sell out we can not facilitate exchanges for a different size/style at this time. If you require a different size in something you order email us immediately upon receipt of the item and we can check that items stock status for you! 

Defective Items: It is your responsibility to notify us within 2 days of receiving your order of any defective product. 

Returns will NOT BE ACCEPTED for: Any Instagram purchases, Final Sale items, Cosmetics, Jewelry, Belts, Lingerie, Sunglasses, Bathing Suits, Silicon Bras, Leotards, and Gift Certificates. All items purchased on Sales, Clearance, Flash Sales, and any discounts are all FINAL SALE. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with the original tags attached. If you return items you have tried on and they have makeup or deodorant stains on them, you WILL NOT be given a refund, and the items will be sent back to you for a charge.

To begin the return process please email hello.shopcolies@gmail.com. We Have drop off and mail back options available. We highly suggest purchasing tracking on anything mailed back as we can not process a refund for items we do not receive. 
   

 Local Pickup

If you are local and would like to pick up your order please select the pick up option at checkout. We will hold your items at the store and you will never be charged the shipping cost! Please do not select this method if you do not live close enough to pick up. This will result in order delay or cancellation. 

Within 4 hours of placing your order for pick up you will receive an email notification to the email you listed at checkout letting you know your order is ready to pick up. You have 3 days from the time you receive your pick up email to pick up your order. After 3 days your order will be canceled and the items listed back for sale.
